Please select a role that you are interested in.Program Coordinator/Administrator• Provides oversight/supervision for the RKC programs/staff• Responsible for documentation and report writing• Manages and responds appropriately to feedback from participants• Conducts monthly performance evaluation of the club and staff• Coordinates volunteer training and development• Pilots mentorship program K-6 Program Development Coordinators• Responsible for the development of the RKC teaching and child development plan for Grades 1 to 7• Develop, plan and implement engaging and relevant activities for the RKC program• Gathers evidence on the learning style relevant and specific to each child• Performance evaluation for students Family/Student Liaisons• Provide education to families on RKC and identifies other community resources available to support the family as a whole• Oversees the children registration process.• Engages with students and families to ensure child welfare and overall development.• Ensures that RKC meets the needs of the students• Encourages participants to attend the RKC program• Coordinate the Family Orientation Event, and/or develop surveys/questionnaires to get feedback from parents• Build relationship with families, and must be ready to visit them as the need arises Volunteer coordinator• Works with the program coordinator to recruit volunteers by evaluating submitted applications and setting up interviews.• Researches training opportunities for volunteers• Works with the program coordinator to equip volunteers with adequate resources, materials and training. Communications Manager• Manages RKC’s social media platforms• Work with Rhema Chapel’s multimedia team to develop content for the website• Responsible for creation of fliers and banners to increase public awareness.Bible Story Coordinator• Coordinates bible story time for the RKC program• Researches and develops teaching resources with input from Club Director.Arts/Crafts coordinator• Coordinates art and craft activities for the RKC program• Researches and develops resources for arts and craft time.Music Tutor• Teaches instruments (guitar or piano) to individual and groups of elementary students (online or face to face)• Be able to read music• Be passionate about passing on their knowledge to younger students.Additional Information Thank you for completing the application form.
